焼くところを見られないので、出来上がりからの推察と妄想をお楽しみください
見た目にもまん丸で端正な仕上がり
口に入れると、さっぱりした細麺が何といっても印象的
そんな細麺に負けず劣らず、しっかりキャベツの水分も飛ばされているので、全体的にもかなりあっさり系な1枚
ソースもデフォルトでは控え目
おそらくかなり蒸し焼きした後に、しっかりと押さえ焼きされていると推察します
上に多めにかけられた青のりの風味がしっかりとアクセントになっているお好み焼きです

お好み無料トッピングで紅しょうが、ガーリックパウダー、激辛ソース
外観、内観からして「ホントにお好み焼き屋さん？」と疑ってしまうほど

押さえつけて焼かないタイプなのかな？キャベツの層と麺の層の一体感があんまり無かったけど、そのぶんフワッとしていておいしかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外見は「ここお店？」といった雰囲気ですが、店内はお好み焼き屋とは少し異なる落ち着いたお洒落なバーのような感じでした。基本の豚玉そば を頂きました。デフォルトではマヨネーズがかかっていないので、トッピングでマヨネーズを注文することになりますが、コンビニサラダに付いてくるようなビニールに入れられたマヨネーズだったのがちょっと残念です。でもそばが細麺でしたし、ベタベタせず、良い感じで焼いてあり美味しかったです。
The outside looks like "Here is the store?", But the inside of the store looked like a calm and stylish bar that was a bit different from the Okonomiyaki restaurant. I received a basic pork ball soba. By default there is no mayonnaise, so you may order mayonnaise with toppings, but it's a bit disappointing that it was in a vinyl like the one that comes with a convenience store salad. But the noodles were thin noodles, they were not sticky and were baked with a good feeling and were delicious.
