m	masterLCYFER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コットの壊れた部品が欲しくて、当初、モンベルのオフィシャルサイトに問い合わせしたところ、型番や取り寄せ方法などシンプルで丁寧な返信がすぐに来た。店頭受け取りなら送料がかからないとあり、ここ、松山店にて手続きした。オフィシャルサイトにもその旨を返信すると、またすぐに返事が来た。松山店で取り寄せた情報がきちんと共有されていることが分かる内容で、すでに配送手続きしたとのこと。店頭で申し込んだ際は1週間～10日かかるかも、との話だったが、実際は数日で届いた。ちっぽけな部品であっても手を抜かないモンベルの顧客を満足させる姿勢は素晴らしい。 When I first contacted Montbell's official website because I wanted a broken part of the cot, I immediately received a simple and polite reply such as the model number and ordering method.
