★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんで感じの悪い人に出会ったことがない。親切。不満に思ったことがない。
一方で話しかけられることが大変多い。商品を見ていたらすぐ話しかけられるレベル。
それで助かることもあるけど「そっとしておいてくれ」と思うこともある。
 I've never met a clerk who feels uncomfortable. Kindness. I have never been dissatisfied.
On the other hand, they are often talked to. A level where you can talk to the product as soon as you see it.
Sometimes that helps, but sometimes I think "leave it alone".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼に訪問。こちらの店舗は店内が広く品揃えも豊富で、特に自転車用品も充実しており自転車のメンテナンスも可能です！今回はMTBの荷台を購入し、店員さんにギアの調整も無料でしていただけました☆店員さんの応対や知識もしっかりしてて、今後は竜王のアウトレットや京都のイオンまで行く機会が減りそうです♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 登山用品だけでなく、ロードバイク、さらにはサイクルパーツの品揃えなども豊富でした。ちなみにヘルッメットはKASKなどがおいてありした。サイクリング関係の担当者さんはとてもフレンドリーでわからないことなど親切に教えていただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都店を利用する事が多いのですが、ゆったり見られて犬関連商品も多いので時々利用させて頂きます。 このお店に関わらず全ての店舗スタッフの方は非常に親切で不快な思いをしたことは一度も有りません。 10年前に家内が癌にかかり、その翌年からお世話に成っています。病気を克服できたのもモンベルさんと、そのスタッフの方々のお陰だと感謝しています。今回は家内のシューズを購入しました。相変わらず親切な対応をして頂きました。 感謝です。
I often use the Kyoto store, but I sometimes use it because it is easy to see and there are many dog-related products. Regardless of this store, all the store staff have never felt very kind and unpleasant. My wife got cancer 10 years ago, and I have been indebted since the following year.
