 It is Mr. Monjuan, the No. 1 store with plenty of natural yam tororo soba. I don't ask other soba restaurants for the tempura bowl because I know the taste of the tempura bowl here. Can't you ask? If you come to Umune, you'll regret it if you don't stop here at Monjuan, Sally's Cafe, or Sichuan Moe ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用宗漁港近くにある蕎麦屋。価格が安く。セットメニューがお得です。蕎麦と天丼セットを注文。満足です。店の対応も柔軟で、看板になったあとに入店したお客さんにも丁寧に対応していました。
A soba restaurant near the Mochimune fishing port. The price is cheap. The set menu is great value. I ordered a soba and tendon set. I'm satisfied. The store was flexible and responded politely to customers who entered the store after it became a signboard.

この日は、温かいのを注文。
とろろ のおかげで最後まで熱々。
とろろ が濃いのが写真でもわかるしょ？
そばをひきあげると、とろろ がしっかり付いてくる。
天ぷらもサクサクなのよ。
この日は、むかご、ふきのとう、梅肉大葉。
この季節には、たまらんやつです。

仕事先や旅行先で蕎麦屋さんはわりと行きますが、ここのお蕎麦や料理は上手く言えませんが「とても優しい、調和のとれた」美味しさでした‼️
自然薯はもちろんですが、それ抜きでもとても美味しかったです。
近くの某大病院内?に出店依頼があったらしいというのもうなずけます。

おろしそばが好きなので
天おろしの大盛りにしました。
案外おそばぬるめのお蕎麦屋さんが多いけど
