敢えて酸味が強いいちごを使用して、タルトの甘さとのバランスが良く仕上がってました。
タルト生地もサックサクで味、食感共にとても美味しいタルトでした。
【ボレロ】
クリームの下の、手の込んだ作り込みや、シュー生地のサクサク感、見た目と味に満足度が高いケーキでした。
ボレロのカットした断面を撮るのを忘れてしまいました???
また、ケーキがズレて動かない様に配慮されており、店主のお心遣いに心がホッコリしました。
自宅から少し離れていますが、また食べたいケーキ店の一つに加わりました。
