The correspondence of the person in charge was very good. It was polite and easy to understand. The atmosphere was good and the elderly people stopped by casually.

まぁ、この手の相談窓口もパンクしてて激務なのかもしれないけど
あの態度はないでしょうよ。
あの時の会話、全部録音してて良かったと思ってるよ。
