★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車スペースが1台なのがネック。近くに各署、病院、介護施設が有るためサイレンも音声鳴かせな所があるのでどちらかと言えば別所アフレコするような作品撮りが向いてるかも。逆にサイレン利用して刑事ドラマ系とかは良い(？)かも。和室がやや広め。
