Y	YN tottan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シュレンケルラのラオホメルツェンが常設。嬉しいな。フィッシュ&チップスは、冷凍のフィッシュと薄いチップスを低温で長時間揚げたもの。非常に悲しいが、これがいただけない。冷凍が嫌だとか言うつもりはない。冷凍でも別に構わない。問題は、揚げる温度が低過ぎて衣が油を吸ってしまっていて、テカテカ光っているのだ…油の染みたこれを「揚げたてでーす」と言わんばかりに持ってくるのはやめてほしい。フィッシュは衣を剥いで、チップスは2切れのみ食べました。チップスは油で湿っているかのような感じで見た目からヤバい。（大袈裟じゃないよ）正直、市販のポテチ食べた方がマシ。揚げ物が低温放ったらかしだとどうなるか知らないんだろう。若いお兄さんが調理でしたが、基本的に寸胴に油が熱せられていて、食材投入→放っておく、がスタンダードのようです。マルチタスクの前に、一つ一つの調理、料理に向き合ってもう少し勉強してから提供した方がいいよ。今の時代、ネットでいくらでも出てくるから揚げ方を見たらいいと思う。火が通っていれば良いってわけじゃないからね…油、油にまみれたくないので、2回目はないです。久々に残念なお店。ビールに罪はないので星は２つにしておきます。 Laojo Märzen of Schlenkerla is permanently installed.
