近	近藤千尋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が髪を結んでいったのも悪かったのですが、髪の毛に結構あとがついているのにそのままの状態でカットされました。カラーは頭皮のほうが明るくなり少し逆プリンみたいな感じになったので残念です。馴染んでくるかもしれないので様子を見てみてくださいと言われました。指名した方、カラーの薬剤を塗ってくれる方、ブローの方は別の方で、髪を乾かしてくれた方はネイルが長くてどうなのかなと正直思いました。顔にも当たるし、頭皮も触るわけですから長すぎで怖かったです。シャンプー、トリートメントをして髪が濡れた状態のまま待たされたので早く乾かしてほしいなと思いました。 It was bad that I tied my hair, but it was cut as it was even though it had quite a bit of hair. お	おいしいうどん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 途中からアシスタントの人に代わった。特に会話はしてないが、ドライヤーをしてもらってる際にずっと同じところにあたるので熱かった。いつも行っている美容院ではそんなことなかった。使っているドライヤーも調べたら5000円くらいのもので安くてショック。いつもレプロナイザーで乾かしてもらっていて、最後に冷風を当ててもらっていたのだが、こちらでは温風のまま終了。品質が全然違うと実感しました。新しい美容院で楽しみでしたが、やはりいつもの美容院が1番でした。 I replaced the assistant from the middle. り	りんご on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前の話になりますが、カラーを頼んだのですが頼んだ色より遥かに明るく銅線のような色にされました。たぶんこれは普段行く美容室より倍近い時間塗ったあと放置されたためかと思います。(待ち時間の間他の方のカットをされていて担当美容師が様子も見にこなかった) ホームカラーをしている事も伝えてあったのにもかかわらず同じ薬剤で髪全体を染められた為ムラがすごく外に出れるような状態ではなかったです。そもそもホームカラー箇所など関係なく、根元がとても明るく少し下がやや暗いという典型的な色ムラもありプロなのかと疑うレベル… 帰宅してから家族に促され電話したら、お直しはきちんと丁寧にしていただけましたが失敗を希望していた色ではカバー出来なそうだったので全然違う色になりました笑後日違う美容室に行った際このエピソードを伝えたら他にもこちらでやってもらった後その違う美容室にお直しにきたという方がいたみたいです。 As I said before, I asked for a color, but it was much brighter than the color I asked for, and it was made like a copper wire. m	mana0101 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カットがとても上手です。カット×トリートメントで3回目の訪問です。短く的確なカウンセリングで、毎回イメージ通りの仕上がりになります。施術中待たされることもなく、スタッフ同士の連携がとれているなぁと感じます。料金の説明もきちんとしてくれて、予定外のメニューを無理に勧められることもありません。受付の方はだいたい同じ方ですが、他の方がクチコミに書かれているような客を見定める(？)ような雰囲気も全く無いです。綺麗な方が多いので気後れする客もいるのかも、というだけです。アシスタントの方々も丁寧で、きちんと声掛けしてくれます。微妙なクチコミもありますが、改善に尽力されたのでしょうか。落ち着いた雰囲気で良いサロンだと思います。 I am very good at cutting. ス	スターウィズ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4回ほど利用させていただきましたが、回数を追うにつれ受付の接客が気になるようになりました。カットやカラーは非常に満足のいく仕上がりにしていただいているのに非常に残念です。カラーのみで7000円、カラーカットで7500円程度だと記憶しておりますが、この価格差であるにもかかわらず詳しい説明等ありませんでした。事前に確認していなかった自分の落ち度もありますが、接客面で受付専門の方がいるにも関わらずサービスのレベルの低さを感じました。また、価格を確認した際にも丁寧に対応とは感じることはできませんでした。マスクも汚れていることを馬鹿にされたような態度で、不愉快でした。また、アシスタントの方がカラーやシャンプーブローをしてくださるのですが、担当の方との技術の差を感じます。前回はトリートメントを希望したにも関わらずつけ忘れ、力加減も痛かったです。まず、事前予約がないと割引価格で受け付けてもらうことができません。ホットペッパーで2回目以降の口コミができないため初回のその場でのレビューが多くある点から高評価が目立っているのではないかと感じました。担当の方に切っていただきたい気持ちがあるので、非常に残念ですが来月から指名料もかかるそうで、私のお財布とサービスなどの事情からももう利用することはないです。
