★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度が悪すぎます。口コミを見ていても他にも同じような事を書いている人は沢山いますし口コミへの返信も店舗側の言葉は自分達は悪くないですと言っているの同然のような返答で申し訳ないと言っているがそんな態度には見えません。評価の高いものには返信していますが評価の悪いものには全く返信しない。店舗側は悪くないと思い込んでいて反省をしていないから同じ事を繰り返しお客様からご意見をもらっているんですよね？お金を支払っている以上、まともな接客をしてほしいです。

I'm sorry, but it doesn't look like that. I reply to the ones with high evaluation, but I do not reply to the ones with bad evaluation at all. The store thinks it's not bad and doesn't reflect on it, so they repeat the same thing and get their opinions, right? As long as you are paying money, I want you to have a decent customer service.
