★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人で名義変更しに行きました。繁忙期は記入のしかた別室でレクチャーしてくれます。しかし、事前に調べて揃えて持っていった書類の不備を教えてはくれなかった。指摘されたところで再訪は不可避でしたが、受付のかたに丁寧に教えていただき無事に変更し終えました。車屋さん、尊敬しますわ。

受付窓口、別棟の窓口ともに忙しそうではありましたが初心者だと伝えると懇切丁寧に説明してくれましたし、間違ったり分からない箇所はちゃんと訂正してくれたのでスムーズでした。
バイクレーンの係員は驚くほどフレンドリーで安心できました。
きっちり明確な指示もしてくれるので迷うことなく検査をパスできました。
いろいろな意見があるようですし、たまたま当たりを引いただけかもしれませんが少なくとも今回は下手なホテルより対応は良かったように感じました。
また２年後もお願いしたいです。

職員の対応がよかった。
過去の書き込みで対応が悪いと書かれていたがそんなことは全く無かった。
むしろ、40代以上の男性客の周りの配慮ができていないと感じた。同じ机で書いているのに、机が揺れるくらい強く書いたり、印紙を貼るために机を叩いたりして迷惑でした。
初めての方は、ホームページやインターネットで情報収集し、頭の中でシュミレーションするといいと思います。
初めて車検証の住所変更をしましたが、スムーズに行えました。職員の方は分からないことは聞けば丁寧に教えてくれました。分からないまま黙っていると当たり前ですが放置されると思います。
コロナ対策でマスク＋ボート越しでの会話なので聞き取りにくい時があるので、しっかり聞き直した方がいいです。

盛岡南インターから秋田、雫石側に降りて突き当りT字路を左折、（軽協会は右折）流通センターを南下してトラック協会をすぎてくと左側に怪しいフェンスに囲われた中が見えない施設が有る。
それ！（笑）
ヤマザキデイリーストアの交差点を左折して、またすぐ左折、左側に見えている。
出入口同じで高低差大！！
車高短は要注意！
出る時、積載車のリアバンパーが擦る時もある。
場内はまあまあ広いが、トラック駐車場は停めにくく狭い。
バックで駐車。

周辺には、支局建物、自動車会館裏には整備振興会の予備車検場。（会員のみ）
支局交差点（デイリー）西側には流通商事予備車検場（一般OK）
更に山側に2キロ位に登ると盛岡予備車検場。（一般OK）
ヤマザキデイリーストア昼飯や休憩にGOOD！大型可！
ヤマザキデイリーストア対面には工具のストレート。
支局交差点南下側にはほか弁、福田パン、宇佐美、セブンイレブン、定食ヴィラ工房など。
支局交差点北側には、エネオス、セブンイレブンなど。

ご老人にマンツーマンで書き方を教えていたりと丁寧に感じられました。
ただヤンキーの若いお兄ちゃんがタメ口だったり横柄な態度だった時には
やっぱり同じ人間ですから、突き放してそっけなく対応してました。
手続き自体は30分もかからなかったと思います。
