「記名のある薬袋」です。その他にもぬいぐるみ、フィギュア、未開封の健康器具などがゴミ袋の中から続々と出てきました。
苦情を言っても「そちらが作業内容に納得してサインしたのだから」の一点張りで、対応していただけませんでした。
薬の再発行は自費になるため3万ほどかかるので、大損しました。
返信が来ていたので追記します。
返信に顧客の対応を勝手に書いてあるように、顧客の対応内容をオープンな場で晒す個人情報保護の意識の無い企業です。
清掃内容に不備があれば保険が使えるというのがウリだったので、勝手に捨てられた薬袋や健康器具の件を問い合わせたのですが「保険は使えません、弁償はできません」の一点張りでした。
対応した担当者の態度も非常に横柄で、顧客を顧客と思えない企業でした。

It is a company that is not conscious of personal information protection that exposes the customer's response in an open place, as the customer's response is written arbitrarily in the reply.
I was told that insurance could be used if the cleaning contents were inadequate, so I inquired about the medicine bags and health appliances that were thrown away without permission, but it was all about "Insurance cannot be used, compensation cannot be made". ..
The attitude of the person in charge who responded was also very arrogant, and it was a company that did not consider the customer as a customer.
