アフターフォローがどうとか言っていたが施工後にこちらの意向と違っていたり傷付けられた事を伝えても対応する素振りもなく、呆れてしまった。
その後に施工不良で不具合が出たにも関わらず見積もりを出すとの事。
こんな事になるくらいなら他の所にお願いすれば良かったととても後悔しています。
担当にもよるかもしれないが、おかしいと思ったら施工前、同意書に判子を押す前、支払う前に伝えないとその後は対応して貰えない可能性があります。
強く言うのを躊躇わずにちゃんと言えば良かったと私のように後悔しないようにして下さい。

It may depend on the person in charge, but if you think something is wrong, you may not be able to respond afterwards unless you tell it before construction, before stamping the consent form, and before paying.
Don't hesitate to say it strongly and don't regret it like I did.
