★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度目の訪問でしたが、お寿司の美味しさだけでなく、清潔で心地よい空間に癒やされました。
夏にテイクアウトした際も美味しくいただきましたが、やはりお店の方が段違いに良かったです。今回は楓コースで、先付けからお造り、お寿司も巻物も水菓子まで感動続きでした。中でも今回はお造りの鰤、蟹と雲丹の和え、穴子の握り塩とボタン海老の握りの塩が気に入りましたが、圧巻は最後に追加した〆鯖の握り。美しくて丁寧で味も最高でした。同行の家族は茶碗蒸しが気に入っていて堪能していました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/5 昼に訪問。繁盛店だが、パーテンションや仕切りがあるので安心。ミシュランの星つき和食、分けとく山のサービスをされていた方が仕切ってらっしゃり気持ちよく過ごせた。スタッフの方々が、それぞれのお客様に対して声かけなど、気を遣ってらっしゃり驚いた。特にこの様な時期に、1人1人とつながろうとするお店の姿勢に感謝。コストパフォーマンスも素晴らしいので、気楽にちょくちょく行ける。お腹いっぱいなのに、人が持ち帰っているのを見かけ、つい太巻もテイクアウトしてしまった。次回は夜に伺いたい。料理の説明は、写真の下に記入。

コロナですが、予約で満席でした。コロナ対策はばっちりでしたので、ご安心を。
接客も良くて、お寿司も大変美味しかったです♡値段が高いと書いてる方もいるけど、コスパで見たら、私は安いと思います。
ネタも美味しいですし、お寿司としての完成度が高いと思います！
それぞれネタの旨味をうまく引き出していて、とても美味しかったです。どれも本当に美味しくて、1番が選べないくらい。
日本酒は辛口のみ？かな。さっぱり目のものが多い印象でした。メニューに載っていないものも常に6種類ぐらいあるとのこと。日本酒以外に焼酎やスパーリングもあり、ウイスキーは良いものが置いてありました！（メニューには載ってなかったけど）
事前に何も調べずに行ったので、マネージャーさんにお名刺を頂戴して知りましたが、とく山・分とく山・帰燕さんの系列なのですね。美味しいわけだ( ´ㅁ`; )

冷やし煮物は具材ひとつひとつを別に煮てから一つに合わせる手の込みよう。美味しさが際立ちます。
握りでは甘海老、シマアジ、雲丹、穴子が特に好みでした。穴子はタレと珍しい塩と2貫。
高津はなかなか降りることのない駅ですが、この店にいくために降りる価値がありますよ。
