★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メリーメイドのサービスを依頼して丸4ヶ月経ったところで、ある日担当の方が解雇され利用者である私に何の連絡もなく来なくなりました。
このダスキン溝口メリーメイドの電話が普段から通じないので、担当の方の個人携帯でいつも連絡していたからわかったことです。
2日後が家事代行の予定の日のこの時点で、ダスキン溝口のマネージャーからは一切連絡ありません。
担当の方は口下手ですが誠実に丁寧にお掃除をして下さる人で信頼していました。
ダスキン本社を通して確認できた解雇の理由は「ハウスクリーニングの技術が向上しないため」だそうです。
「家事代行」の利用者の私には何ら関係ない事で、担当者の仕事ぶりには感謝しかないのに、納得いくわけがありません。契約不履行です。契約時以外我が家にはマネージャーからの連絡も仕事ぶりの確認も何もなかった。十分なフォローもトレーニングもなく、これはパワハラでありブラック企業のやる事。
ダスキンの名も汚している。
ここのサービスを検討されている方は上記が今後も起こる可能性がある事と、一見人当たりは良いが裏でスタッフを簡単にクビにするマネージャーに十分ご注意下さい。

The reason for the dismissal confirmed through the Duskin headquarters is that "house cleaning technology does not improve".
It has nothing to do with me as a "housekeeping agent" user, and although I am only grateful for the work of the person in charge, I cannot be convinced. Breach of contract. Other than the time of the contract, there was no contact from the manager or confirmation of work performance at my house. Without enough follow-up and training, this is power harassment and what black companies do.
Duskin's name is also tainted.
If you are considering this service, please be careful that the above may happen in the future and the manager who seems to be good at first glance but easily dismisses the staff behind the scenes.
