あ	あつし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 点検の予約をネットでしたが、点検当日なんの音沙汰も無く電話をしたところ今日の予約に入ってないですねとダルそうに告げられた、ネットで予約した旨を伝えるとまたも面倒くさそうに調べてくれ、申し込んだ記録が残ってる事を確認してくれましたが、結局その日は無理だと言われた為取りなおすはめになりました。自分のミスでは無くても会社のミスなのに対応の態度が非常に悪かった為お問い合わせ窓口にメールを出した所、自動返信で「お客様からの内容を確認し担当よりお返事させていただきます。」ときたもののその後全くメールも電話も無い状況です。点検を行う為の予約を取るだけでこんなに不快になるのはなかなかないと思います。 I made a reservation for inspection on the Internet, but when I called without any notice on the day of the inspection, I was told that I did not make a reservation for today, and it was again troublesome to tell that I made an appointment on the Internet.
