 The clerk is kind. Satisfied with being able to reinforce the shoes before replacing all soles. Replacing all soles and fasteners on bags is relatively expensive.

First visit to create a spare key. I asked for two types, but one was out of print and impossible. The other one was made immediately. The correspondence and work were polite, so I would like to use it again.
