ベースプランが決まっているものに、色々な変更を加えて建てられます。我が家は間取りも少し変えました。元々のプランに納得出来ていたのに、さらに変更出来て大満足ですし、完全な自由設計よりも手間やコストの面でも合理的です。
社長を筆頭にお客さんを満足させようとか、いい家を建てようとか、そういう気持ちが伝わってきますし、細かいことでもフォローしたら必ず対応してくれます。今後も安心です。
使っている部材も一流で、水回りなど特に使いやすいです。職人さんの腕も良いと思います。クロス張りのキレイさ、外構の仕上がりの良さなど、驚かされました。

It can be built with various changes to the one with a fixed base plan. Our house has changed the floor plan a little. Even though I was satisfied with the original plan, I am very happy that I can change it further, and it is more rational in terms of labor and cost than completely free design.
I can feel the feelings of satisfying customers with the president at the top, building a good house, and so on, and if I follow the details, they will definitely respond. I am relieved in the future.
The materials used are also top-notch, and it is especially easy to use, such as around water. I think the craftsman's skill is also good. I was surprised at how beautiful the cloth was and how good the exterior was.
