プレパパ・ママツアー担当の店員さんの対応がとてもよかった。
悩んでいた商品を後日、見に行くと、また対応してくださった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここだけのトイザラスに限った話ではないのですがラッピングしてくれないのが自分的には不満ですね。プレゼント用の袋なんかもかなり高いですし、一緒に買っても後で自分でやってくださいって言われます。
It's not just about Toys R Us, but I'm not satisfied with not wrapping. Gift bags are quite expensive, and even if you buy them together, you will be told to do it yourself later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改装？してから初めて行きましたが、規模は半分になり、ベビー用の服や靴などは一切なかったように思います。
他のものも品数は少なくなっていました。
オムツを買いに行きましたが、一般的に購入される種類のオムツはあったと思います。
トイトレパンツ、オヤスミマンもありました。
前はあったと思うのですが、欲しかったムーニーマンの夏用オムツはありませんでした。
規模が小さくなったので、品数が少なくなるのは仕方ないと思いますが、ガッカリしてしまいました。
Renovation? I went there for the first time, but the scale has been halved, and I don't think there were any baby clothes or shoes.
The number of other items was also small.
I went to buy a diaper, but I think there was a kind of diaper that is generally purchased.
There were toy tray pants and Oyasumi man.
I think there was one before, but I didn't have the Mooneyman summer diapers I wanted.
Since the scale has become smaller, I think it can be helped to reduce the number of items, but I was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマス・お誕生日の他日常的にお邪魔していました。
しかし改装後はとても小さなお店になってしまい、品揃えもすごく悪くなっていました。
一応それなりに一通りはあるような気がしますが、いろいろ見られてわくわくするお店ではなくなりました。
またゲーム等もなく、日頃に必要のないベビーの大型用品が店の1/4ほどを占めています。
正直ベビー用品は他のベビー用品店でも買えるし、特に大型用品なんて一生のうちに何度も買うものではないので、トイザらスにはおもちゃを置いて欲しいです。
周りの友人・家族もみな同じ事を言っています。
すごく残念な改装でした。
これからはわざわざ大高まで行かなくてはならないので、結局インターネット等で購入することが増えてしまいそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオンモール内にかなりのスペースで展開、トイザらス、ベビザラス併設。子供のクリスマスプレゼントを買いに。トイザらスらしい通路の広いレイアウトでゆったりとした店内。いつの間にか各地のトイザらスがなくなってしまい、その分、子供のオモチャプレゼントを家電以外のラインナップも充実させているビックカメラの大型店舗で買うことも結構多かったが、やっぱりトイザらスがあればトイザらス、品揃えのバリエーションやだからこそ目的買いだが目的以外の買いに変化など楽しみがある。
