★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前住んでいた物件がこの会社の物件だったが、退去時に架空請求としか思えないような高額の原状回復費用を請求された（実際に疑問点を指摘したところ、表立った反論もなく全額貸主負担になった）。電話で一方的に電話を切られる等ちょっとこれはと思う部分もあったが、なんでも相談でき（これは他の部屋の住民にも聞いてみたが）大抵のことは対応してくれるようなので人によって合う合わないがあるのかもしれない。少なくともビジネスに感情論を持ち出すのが嫌いな自分には合わなかった。
 The property I used to live in was the property of this company, but when I moved out, I was charged a high restoration fee that seemed to be a fictitious bill (I actually pointed out the question, but there was no obvious objection and the full amount was the lender. It was a burden). There was a part that I thought this was a little like being able to hang up the phone unilaterally by phone, but I can talk about anything (I asked the residents in other rooms), so it seems that most things will be handled by people. There may be some that don't fit. At least it didn't suit me, who hates to bring emotional theory to business.
