塵肺や結膜炎にならないのか心配。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Babies and childrens are not allowed to wear socks even in winter ? so child can easily catch colds. Even when they play outdoor they only wear shoes without socks! Teachers are wearing socks why kids are not allowed???? MIYOSHI HOIKUEN PLEASE CHANGE YOUR RULES! Babies and kids are pity!!
