Y	Yoshiaki TAKAFUJI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やまやの品揃えは結構気に入っていて良く利用するのですが、この芦屋店はもう行かないでしょう。理由は店員の接客態度。実に不快な態度だった。以前は良い感じの店だったのだが…少し遠くなるが西宮店などに出向くことにする。 I like Yamaya's assortment quite a lot and use it a lot, but this Ashiya store will not go anymore. The reason is the customer service attitude of the clerk. It was a really unpleasant attitude. It used to be a nice store, but ... it's a little far, but I decided to go to the Nishinomiya store.

M	MARO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安くて品揃えが良いだけのお店。大企業病！全くマネージメント出来ていないと思います。他の方も書かれておりますが接客が全く出来ないスタッフばかりで管理職の方もレジ内に居るにも関わらずバイトらしき方と全く変わらず。二度と行くことはありません。 A shop that is cheap and has a good selection. Large corporate disease! I don't think I can manage it at all. Others are also written, but there are only staff who can not serve customers at all, and even though the managers are in the cash register, it is exactly the same as a part-time job. I will never go again.
