★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日替わりお勧めのクラシックブレンド(370円)と抹茶バームクーヘン(189円)を頼みました。
クラシックブレンドは3口までは予想以上の旨さ・・良い豆の美味しいさが出てて、その焙煎具合（焙煎の甘さによる「生さ」を感じない）や鮮度も良く感じましたが、一口目から感じてた苦さが気になり出して残しました。この苦さはペーパードリップの歳に少し残して止めずに、全てドリップしてる為である。残念。
抹茶バームクーヘンはパックされてるものですが、自社で製造されてます。甘さは若干甘すぎ程度で抹茶の味も良い・・しかし原材料にコスト低減目的のショートニングを使用してるので、健康や胸焼けを心配しながら食べました。
I ordered the daily recommended classic blend (370 yen) and matcha baumkuchen (189 yen).
Up to 3 classic blends tasted better than expected ... the deliciousness of the beans came out, and I felt the roasting condition (I do not feel the "rawness" due to the sweetness of roasting) and the freshness. However, I was worried about the bitterness I felt from the first bite and left it. This bitterness is due to the fact that all the bitterness is drip without stopping, leaving a little at the age of paper drip. Sorry.
Matcha Baumkuchen is packed but manufactured in-house. The sweetness is a little too sweet and the taste of matcha is good ... However, I used shortening for the purpose of cost reduction as the raw material, so I ate while worrying about my health and heartburn.
