ぎっくり腰になって通勤すら難しい時に「いつ頃来れる？」と毎日聞かれ、その後腰に負担がかからないように調整しますのでお願いしますと言って復帰したものの腰に負担がかかるような仕事を次から次へと押し付けてくる。しかもその仕事が本来の仕事とは関係なく、パシリみたいな内容。
目の前で私自身の悪口も含め人の悪口も当たり前。
人のミスも本人の前で大笑い、そして他の人を巻き込んで風潮。
お前ら小学生かよっていう感じのイジメは当たり前でした。
また新人教育も全然マニュアルすらなく、一気に説明していきなり「これよろしく」みたいな感じでそんなんで理解できるかよって言いたい。
分からなければ聞いてね。は建前で聞いたら「メモとってないの？」と言われる。
身に覚えのないミスすら人のせいにする。
正直最悪な職場でした。
