今まで孫が生まれてからのお祝いごとでは、町内のお寿司屋さんや、河東のお寿司屋さんを利用していましたが、長男のお嫁さんがいろいろ調べて万松さんに決定。
初節句なので小さい子供がいるので、火を使う仕出し懐石ではなく、お膳の方を選択しました。
またお返しする手間を省くため、使い捨て容器でお願いしました。
天ぷらから煮物まで、写真には写っていませんが別皿で刺身もあります。
こういう料理の場合、お祝席なので飲みながら食べているので、冷めてしまって箸が進まなくなり全部食べることは少ないのですが、こちらのは一品一品が大変美味しくて、十分に満足しました。
今度は直接お店で食べてみたいと思います。

Since it is the first phrase, I have small children, so I chose the set meal instead of the catered kaiseki that uses fire.
In addition, I asked for a disposable container to save the trouble of returning it.
From tempura to simmered dishes, there is also sashimi on a separate plate, which is not shown in the photo.
In the case of this kind of food, since it is a celebration, I eat while drinking, so I rarely eat all the chopsticks because it gets cold, but I was fully satisfied with the deliciousness of each item.
Next time, I would like to eat it directly at the store.

良かった点
①帰り際、料理人が挨拶をしていた。素直に嬉しいと感じました。
②若い店員さんの接客意識の高さを感じた。
悲しかった点
①欠けた器に料理が盛られていた。
②ご年配の店員さん、料理を置く時の音が大きい。慣れてるが故の粗だろうか。

佇まいはまずまずでしたので少し期待してましたが ひとクチ 口に運んだだけでこの店に予約を取ったおじさんのことを思わず睨んでしまった程まずかったです。味がぼやけてて イヤな臭いがしました
お金を払うお客さんによくこんなものが出せるなと思いました。私はそこから体が拒絶してほとんど手をつけられませんでした。
店員の愛嬌が良ければまだ救いがあったのでしょうが
器を置く音が大きく、よく見たら欠けているものもあり それやめたらいいのにって思いましたし、何とも無愛想で声がかけにくいオーラを一人一人がまとっていました。
油断すると客が味にケチをつけてくるかもしれないという事がわかってやっているのでしょうか？
他の親戚の人たちも料理を食べ始めた途端急激に口数が減り、その場では言わなかったのですが店を出て帰り路
それはそれはこの店への不満で盛り上がっていました
私はあまりの非現実的な体験に訳が分からなくなっていましたが
普段めったに人のことを悪く言ったりしないあの心優しい次女のおばさんまでもが
「あの万松にはもう二度と行きたくない..」と
とても悲しそうな顔でつぶやいていたので、
ボヤけた夢で片付けて逃げてしまおうとしていた私を、
否応無しに現実の悪夢へ呼び覚ますのでした...
