★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遺跡公園は良く整備され、芝生が広がる。南側の池は釣り人が多い。しかし駐車場からアクセスが悪い。土地に余裕があるので公園東部分を駐車場にすると利用者が増えるだろう。
The archeological park is well maintained and the lawn spreads out. There are many anglers in the south pond. However, access from the parking lot is poor. Since there is plenty of land, using the parking area in the eastern part of the park will increase the number of users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弥生時代後期後半の集落遺跡で丘陵上に200軒を上回る竪穴建物跡を有する大規模な遺跡で、弥生時代後期の集落遺跡としては東北日本最大規模を誇るそうです。
竪穴式住居跡や復元した竪穴式住居もあります。
また、斐太歴史の里として整備されており、案内所や広場、屋外炉もありました。
遠いので行きませんでしたが、鮫ヶ尾城跡の本丸へ登る起点にもなっています。
It is a large-scale archaeological site with more than 200 pit buildings on the hill in the latter half of the Yayoi period, and is said to be the largest settlement archaeological site in the latter half of the Yayoi period in northeastern Japan.
There are also pit-house ruins and restored pit-houses.
It is also maintained as a historical village of Hidarekishi, and has an information center, a plaza, and an outdoor fire pot.
I didn't go because it was far away, but it is also the starting point for climbing the main enclosure of Samegao Castle Ruins.
