気のいいご主人の、七ツ森の伝説の話を「へぇ～♪」「ほぅ～♪」と聞きながら はっと汁とあぶらふ丼のセットを友人と頂きました。野菜たっぷりのはっと汁、最高でしたよ。今度は 別の友人とまた行きます。珈琲もついて、1100円。高いか安いかは 食べてから決めましょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の２人の印象が良くありませんでした。経験豊富なはずのご年配ですが、相手を選んで見下すような言動の印象が拭えませんでした。常連への態度がそれとは明確に違ったのでますますそう思いました。排他的な印象です。
入店を後悔し、せめて味さえ良ければと思いましたが、看板にある登米名物の「はっと汁」は、しっかりしたコシは好印象ですがあっさりとは非なるシンプル過ぎる味付けで、良く言えば家庭的ですがお店で食べたい味ではありませんでした。「油麩丼」は逆に塩味が濃過ぎます（美味しいお店はかつ丼をさっぱりさせたような味）。セットの酸っぱ濃いカレーは食べることもできませんでした。これほど料理に良い点を探せないことはありませんが、コーヒーはお菓子が付いて安価なので好印象だと思います。試さなかったラーメンは期待できるのではないでしょうか。
登米まで行かずに名物が食べられる点と、店内が清潔な点、器にこだわりがある点、常連さんの憩いの場としての点は良いと思います。しかし星を付けたいと思いませんでした。高評価店なので店主と仲良くできるなら良いかもしれませんが、人としての印象の悪さばかりが心残りとなりどうしても評価することができませんでした。

I regretted entering the restaurant and thought that it should taste good at least, but the Tome specialty "Hatto Juice" on the signboard has a good impression of its firmness, but it is too simple to say. It's homely, but it wasn't the taste I wanted to eat at the store. On the contrary, "Yufu-don" is too salty (a delicious restaurant has a refreshing taste of katsudon). I couldn't even eat the sour curry of the set. It's possible to find a good point in cooking like this, but I think coffee is a good impression because it comes with sweets and is cheap. You can expect ramen that you haven't tried.
I think it's good that you can eat specialties without going to Tome, the inside of the store is clean, you are particular about the vessels, and it is a place for regulars to relax. But I didn't want to add a star. It's a highly rated restaurant, so it would be nice if I could get along with the owner, but I couldn't really evaluate it because of the bad impression I had as a person.

スープを湯で割ってるなら、もっと濃い目なら旨いかも。

今回は、あぶらふ丼と小はっと汁のセットを注文。
組み合わせはいろいろと出来そう。
はっと汁は、火傷しそうなくらいに熱々なのが良い。
湯気でスマホ撮りができないほど。
本場の登米で食べたものより美味しいかも。
作り置きしないというところに、こだわりを感じる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はっと汁とあぶらふ丼のセットを頂きました。はっと汁は薄味で身体にはとても良さそうです。でも、少し位鶏肉が入っていた方が美味しいかな？あぶらふ丼は味がしっかりしていて文句なしに美味しかったです。
店主は気さくでしたが、女将さんは無愛想でした。窓際に小さなクリスタルなどが置いてあり、子供が触ると怒られます。

ほのかに甘いラーメンスープ
味のしみた油麩
どれも僕の好きな味です。
巷にあふれるラーメンはどれも一口目から美味しい！と思わせるため塩分が塩っぱくなりがち。
言っときますがはっとやさんの味は濃くないですよ。しかしホッとする味なんです。
食後はいつもコーヒーをいただきます。
店主ご夫婦の人柄が良くて何時も長居してしまいます(笑)
時折、常連さん達と出くわしこれまた話に花が咲きます。
