★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1人の受付ベテランみたいのの対応が本当に悪い。話しかけても無視。体温測ったら温度忘れたらしく○○度？とえらそうにタメ口で聞いてくる。その他の方は素晴らしく先生もいい人なのに受付の顔であるその人のせいで嫌な気分になるので本当に何とかした方がいいと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院内処方が助かります。乳児の検診や予防接種の際、風邪症状や熱がある方は入れない部屋(やたら広くおもちゃがたくさん)で待てるので安心です。
診察、処置は丁寧です。一見怖く感じる先生も、何聞いても丁寧に教えてくれる親切な方です。看護師さんも子供の扱いにも慣れており、子供の処置から親の処置で待たないといけない子供相手まで親身になってやってくれます。
待ち時間は長いです。平日午前中でお会計終了まで1時間半ほどかかります。午後は午前ほどは混みません。土曜日は非常勤の先生が担当するので少しすいてます。勿論待ち時間はバラツキありますので、あくまで参考までに。

ただ、以前から感じが悪いと思っていた受付(女)がいる。毎回行く度に患者を見下した態度はやめて貰いたい。
自分ばかりで無く、この医院に通ってる知り合いもみんなそう話している。
彼女がいるからこのクリニックを利用したくないのも本音だ。
出来れば受付の人間を入れ替えて欲しいものだ。

受付の方は丁寧な方だと思います。確かにすごく忙しい時は口調がきつく聞こえる時もありますがまぁすごく混む時は大変そうなので…看護師さんもしっかりしていて子供達には名前を覚えて優しくしてくれます。私はここの先生が好きで通っています。よく話しを聞いてくれるしなにより皮膚科で治らなかった子供のオムツかぶれがここで出してもらった薬ですぐに治りました。
これからもなくならないでいてほしいクリニックです。

月曜日から金曜日までは宮尾先生が診察して、土曜日のみ違う先生が診察しています。
薬局付きの今では珍しいタイプの病院でここ一つで全てが完結します。
レントゲンもあります。
個人的な感想ですが注射がとても上手く痛くありません。
ネットも活用していてネットで予約も出来ます。
駐車場は20台位停められます。
清算に電子マネーも使えるのは魅力的です。

先生は的確でとても良い方なのですが、子供の体調不良で伺った際に受付の方が突き放すようなとても嫌な感じで悲しかったです。
子供が辛そうで不安で来ているのだから
もう少し寄り添う対応をしてくれてもよかった。
診察はせずに帰りました。

そしたら借金の取り立てみたいに毎日のように電話をかけてきて
私はストレスでおかしくなりました。病院が患者にストレスを与えるなんてあり得ない。ストレスを与える病院なんて二度と行かない。ここの先生の印象は人によって態度をかえる嫌な女だと感じた。

何より、先生が大好きなのと、看護師さん、受付の方も息子を覚えていてくださり、いつも優しく接して下さいます。
先生はよくお話も聞いて下さり、特に子供のこととなると親としては不安な事も多いですが、丁寧に説明してくれます。自宅でのケアも詳しく教えてくださるので、安心します。
院内処方や、予約がインターネットでも出来るのも便利です。
混雑しているとの口コミがありますが、混んでいるのは、それだけ良い病院だからだと思います。
大きな病院へ駆け込むよりも、信頼できる先生が近くに居ることが何より安心です。これからもお世話になります。
