★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハウスメーカーから外壁の張替えの見積書を出され高額だったので、そのハウスメーカーの外壁塗装にも強いというこちらのHPを見つけて、お願いすることにしました。外壁塗装はもちろん、一番気になっていたベランダの防水工事も満足いくものになりました。担当者が感じのいい方で、職人さんも寒い季節のなか、しっかり施行してくださいました。
The house maker gave me an estimate for the replacement of the outer wall, and it was expensive, so I found this HP that is strong in painting the outer wall of the house maker and decided to ask. Not only the exterior wall painting, but also the waterproofing work on the balcony, which I was most concerned about, became satisfactory. The person in charge was a nice person, and the craftsmen did it well in the cold season.

複数の業者さんから見積もりをもらったのですが、見積り時に頂いた調査診断報告書の内容がとてもわかり易かったことと担当者さんの誠実な人柄もあり迷わずに決めました。
工事中も担当者さんが頻繁に現場に顔を出していただき、職人さんも丁寧に仕事されて、満足のいくリフォームが出来ました。
機会があれば、水回りのリフォーム等もお願いしたいと思います。

I received quotations from multiple vendors, but I decided without hesitation because the contents of the survey and diagnosis report I received at the time of quoting were very easy to understand and the person in charge was sincere.
Even during the construction, the person in charge frequently visited the site, and the craftsmen also worked carefully, and we were able to make a satisfactory remodeling.
If I have a chance, I would like to ask for remodeling around the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メーカーでのメンテナンスが予想以上に高額になることがわかった時点で、他社での外壁塗装・ベランダ防水を視野に入れて見積り依頼をしながらメーカー点検の結果を待ちました。 必要なメンテナンスを実績のあるひらまつさんでお願いし、施主の『メーカーメンテナンスとほぼ同じになるように』という希望を考慮し親身に提案していただきました。
とても寒い時期でしたが、丁寧な塗装かつこちらの不安や疑問にもプロとしての回答を下さり、安心してお任せできました。
外壁塗装や防水は施工後年数を重ねて、本当の満足度がわかることだと思うので、今後のメンテナンスも含め、ずっとお付き合いしていきたいと思える結果が出ることを期待しています。数年後、最終的な満足度が星５つになりますように。
When it became clear that maintenance at the manufacturer would be more expensive than expected, we waited for the results of the manufacturer's inspection while requesting a quote with a view to painting the exterior walls and waterproofing the balcony at other companies. Mr. Hiramatsu, who has a proven track record, asked for the necessary maintenance, and he kindly proposed it in consideration of the owner's desire to "make it almost the same as the manufacturer's maintenance".
It was a very cold time, but I was able to leave it to me with peace of mind because of the careful painting and the professional answers to my anxieties and questions.
I think that the exterior wall painting and waterproofing will show the true satisfaction level over the years after construction, so I hope that the results will be something that I would like to keep in touch with, including future maintenance. May the final satisfaction be 5 stars in a few years.
