★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホーム長の考え方が理不尽の塊。色んな職員さんがいるが、利用者が集まっている中でもところ構わず、職員を咎めて揚げ足を取り聞いていても気の毒になる。利用者にも気分で接したり人を見て対応を変えるのは本当に気分が悪い。ここの在り方が入所してから家族の認識の違いが出てくるのは説明不足だけではないと感じる。
 The idea of the home director is unreasonable. There are various staff members, but it doesn't matter where the users are gathering, and it's a pity to blame the staff members and listen to them. It's really unpleasant to treat users with a mood or to change their response by looking at people. I feel that it is not just the lack of explanation that makes a difference in the perceptions of the family after entering the place.
