★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく出来た特養で綺麗です。
しかし職員が足らず、入居者の定員
までいません。がらんとしていて寂しく車椅子に乗ったままポツンとしていました。痴呆が進んでしまいそうで、
せっかく当たったのに、断念しました。１ヶ月199.000円も高いです。
職員不足は何処でも当てはまり、
折角新しく建ったのに、入居者定員割れがいたるところでおきています。
結局、有料老人ホームへの入居となりた。いつまでお金が続くか心配です。
特養の内容が充実したら入れるように
入居を伸ばして貰い、了解して貰いました。
職員が増えますよう国、東京都、杉並区の政策が必要です。職員の待遇アップをして欲しいです。
外国人雇用の前に、日本人の雇用を如何に増やすかと、しみじみ実感しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特養老人ホームとしては、数年前出来たピカピカの施設。調布に本部があるが、運営ノウハウは確立されておらず、開所当時はスタッフも素人ばかりで、ホスピタリティーは不十分。
数年経過した現在も、利用者としてスタッフの教育はやや不十分と言わざるを得ない。要望したことの対応・そのレスポンスは、他老健に比して明らかに劣る。
運営側に、他の進んだ施設との交流や学びなど、努力を望みたいところ。
