B	B犬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジュリアのパーツ購入で伺いました。お電話の際から少々難はありました。当日クルマで向かいますと、玄関口に停まってもガラス戸の向こうのカウンターに3名いらっしゃいましたが、顔を伏せたまま誰も出てきてくれず。ここに駐車していいものか、確認のため車を降りて中へ。ドアを開けて中に入るが、ほんの2m先のカウンターにこちら向きに座る3名はまだ、顔を伏せたまま。私「ジュリアのパーツをお願いした者ですが、車こちらでいいですか？」そこで初めて女性の店員さんがこちらを向いてくれました。その後、対応していただいたスリムクラブの内間さん激似の男性の店員（店長？）の方は、驚くほど無愛想、且つ電話でお願いしていたメインパーツが発注もされていない状態でした。その謝罪もナシ。お茶もナシ。本当はステルビオが見たかったのですが、即帰りました。貴重な体験でした。 I heard about Julia's parts purchase. O	O別件バウアー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定期点検と車検で約３年間お世話になりました。店舗の外観のカッコよさ、清潔感のある店内が大変気に入っていました。サービス担当の方から電話を頂ける度にディーラーに車を持ち込ませていただいていました。しかし、時が経つにつれてサービス面がどんどん悪化していくように感じました。注文した部品を複数回間違えられたり、修理の完了納期を間違えられたり、部品交換に不備があったりなど、散々な目にあいました。メカニックの方やスタッフの方からの謝罪があまりにも軽々しかった事をきっかけに、ここに安心して愛車を預けることはもうできないと判断しました。父がステルヴィオの新車購入を決意しましたが、この杉並店で購入する事は止めました。購入後のアフターフォローに不安しかありません。プロフェッショナルとして仕事に対する志を改めて頂きたいです。頑張ってください。 I have been indebted for about 3 years through regular inspections and vehicle inspections.
