待ち時間1時間。局員は居るものの窓口業務は3名程。先客はファイルを何冊も持参した業者。
なんせ窓口業務の人数が少な過ぎる。
業者の複数調査、複数相談は制限するべき。
なるべく行きたくない場所だ。
