何度もここで買い物してますが一度も気持ち良く店を出れた事がありません 絶望的に接客が接客の体をなしていません とにかくびっくりするくらい横柄で上から物を言われます オーナーだろうがバイトの女性(レジでの私語がものすごい)だろうが共通です 先日、ひとつだけ学用品を買わなくてはならず、申し訳ないと思いつつ閉店時間1分後と言うタイミングで店内の男性にお願い出来ませんか、と聞いてみると、 「すぐ終わるなら」 と睨まれながら言われ、お礼を言って中に入れて頂きました 店内にいたレジの女性はいらっしゃい、と言ってくれたので少し気が楽になりつつ、 急いで商品を見つけてレジに行き、レジにいた初老の女性に商品について軽く質問すると、それはあるにはあるけど…とめんどくさいオーラ全開だったので、申し訳なくなりそのまま即購入、思わずすみません、助かりました、とお礼も言うが特に2人とも無反応で、急いで店を出ると同時に電気を消されました 思わず時計を見ると18時33分でした 時代の流れで最近は文房具屋さんも滅法減ってしまい、正直選択肢がないので100均にないものはどうしてもここに来ざるを得ません しかし、それを逆手にとっているのか、それともあれが彼らなりのサービス精神なのか、商売をする人としての振る舞いとは全く認識出来ません 来なけりゃいいじゃねーか、と言われそうですが、知らずに行かれてショックを受ける方か出ないように、あらかじめ情報を献上したいと思います(余計なお世話?)

ハゲの店長がとにかく態度が悪い。ネットの情報が間違ってて直してほしいと言ったら「はいはい直してる最中です」と明らかに面倒そうな言い方をされて、本当に腹が立った。こっちはネットで開店時間みてきてるのに開いてなくて時間を潰すはめになったのに。 しかも頼んだ商品の入荷日を確認して買いに行ったのに「それは品切れでまだ入荷してない」と店で言われ、待たされた上に無駄足。じゃあその話を電話で伝えろよ!しかもすみませんの一言がないし偉そう。二度とここで買い物はしないと決めた。他の店員さんは良い対応をするだけに、店長がクズすぎて終わってる。 ネットと値段が変わらないなら店舗で買おうと思ってたけど、こういう対応されるならネットで買うわ。店舗の良さを自分で潰してどーすんだ?バカか

某店員の気怠そうな上から目線の接客。同じ接客業をしている身からすると、腹立たしいと言うより、人としての教養以前の問題だなと感じてしまう。品揃えは良く良い店なのに全ては従業員の接客が全て台無しにしている。何度も言うようだが、お客様に来てもらっていると言うよりは、物を売ってやっている的な接客スタイル。本当に残念。

私が子供の時から文具はこちらを使ってます。ちょっとした誕生日プレゼントセットなど色んな思い出があります。今は娘達と勉強道具買いに来ます。とても充実した品揃え文房具屋さん感すごくいいのですが最近は少し接客が素っ気ないというか…子供にキツいというか?中にはいい店員さんも居ます。新学期の準備を一緒に手伝って選んでくださいましたし…素晴らしいお店だからよろしくないところがハッキリわかってしまうのかも。
