はっきり言います
他の方の評価を見ていただければ分かるように非常に最悪な管理会社です
・スタッフの対応が非常に悪い(態度がでかい)
・手際が悪い(更新料を払いに言ったとき書類を印刷するのに時間かかりすぎ、入居手続きの際も書類コピーするの忘れたから戻ってくるように言われた)
・約束をドタキャンする(社会人として如何なものか、来れない理由がある(予想:対応が面倒くさい)のなら事前にこちらに連絡するべき)

やはり同様に不快な思いをされている他の口コミの方が多く深く納得です。千歳船橋の皆さん本当にお気を付けください！
法人として基本的な話（請求書と領収書の発行）をお願いしても「手数料がかかります」等の言いがかりをつけ、発行しようとせず、挙句の果てには（以前からお願いし、やると約束したことを）「やっぱりやりません。その件はうちはボランティアでやっているので責任もありません。」と軽妙に責任転嫁をしたつもりでしょうが、開いた口がふさがらず、怒りから口から脳ミソがこぼれ落ちそうになりました。
もはや法人の体を成していません。

２度と、この会社が管理する物件に世話になりたくないと思うほど！
入居初日から台所下の排水管から水がガシャガシャ漏れる。駐車場や構内管理のずさんさなど、例をあげればきり無し。
連絡の折返しや返信、対応を期日や納期までにしないのは2度3度朝飯前！
生活や人生に大きく関わる取引に関して、ここを利用すると時間や金額を含めて人生の損失が大きいので、利用されないことを個人的におすすめします!
