O	Oまぁ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方の対応が電話でも通院でもひどい。病棟の看護師さんは明るく優しい方が多いですが、病院に行って一番に接する受付の方の対応で毎回嫌な気分になります。皆さん疲れてるのでしょうか？はじめて受診したらわからない事ばかりなのに説明も少ない。周りを見てシステムを知るような感じです。 The receptionist's response is terrible whether by phone or outpatient. Many of the nurses in the ward are cheerful and kind, but every time I go to the hospital and the receptionist who comes in contact with me first, I feel uncomfortable. Are you all tired? There are few explanations though there are only things that I do not understand when I first see a doctor. It's like looking around and getting to know the system.
