★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 役職クラスは顔色を伺って副社長に意見しないし、副社長は自分勝手にやりたい為意見してこない人間を尊重して役職上げるし、良い職場を作ろうとする人間が一人も居ないで職場環境は最悪になる一方。現場の状況を分かってない上に現場で働いてる人の声に聞く耳を持たずして自己判断で副社長のやりたいように改悪されていく。アルバイトにまで責任を負わせる為に「社員同等の扱いをします」と言うが、勿論バイトにボーナスは出ない上に昇給も無いので会社にとって都合の良い発言をしてるだけ。綺麗事を並べるだけで従業員のことを大切にしない会社は後も育たないし人も辞めるし潰れて当然。
