家からわりと近いので、予防接種や体調不良のときに通っています。 穏やかな女性の先生で、子供に声をかけながら、よく話を聞いて診察してくれます。 看護士さんも笑顔で子供をあやしてくれて優しいです。 残念なのは、受付の方が数名いらっしゃいますが、対応が親切でない方がいること。 特に電話での対応が悪く、印象がよくありません。(先生は良い方なので、診察には問題ないですが) また、予防接種は普通の診察時間にも可能ですが、健診は専用の時間のみで、枠が少ないのか受付開始日の朝一で電話をしてもなかなかつながらず、つながった頃には全て埋まっているということも多いです。 (かなり難しいので、我が家は諦めて健診のみ他の小児科にお世話になったりしています…)

健診・ワクチンでお世話になっています。 とても人気なので、予約の電話は混み合いますし、電話応対は1人で行っているので、繋がらずにヤキモキするくらいなら月初に来院する方がスムーズに予約が取れます。 先生はとっても優しいのですが、 質問しても『様子を見ましょう』で終わってしまうので、ご自身で専門外来や大きい病院の診療科を調べて『紹介状書いてください!』と言った方がいいかと思います。

いつもお世話になっている病院です。 受付の方や看護師さんの対応が良く、質問なども丁寧に答えてくれます。 健診や予防接種なども一時期は予約が取りづらいこともありましたが、いまは枠数が多いのか(?)取りやすくなりました。 先生も症状に対してきちんとしたお薬を出してくれます。心配事なども時間を割いて相談に乗ってくれました。 健診時に子供の心雑音が分かり、問題ないものだとは思いますがお母さんが心配であれば紹介状を書きますとのことで、書いて頂きました。 その後心雑音は問題ないものとわかり、安心することができました。 喘息や皮膚などの症状に特化した先生だと思いますので、心配事がある方はおすすめの病院かなと思います。

先生も看護師さんも子供に優しく、明るい雰囲気だったので通いたいと思ってましたが、受付の人達は最悪です。電話したら11時半まで受付だというから、急いで29分に着いたらもう受付終了の看板がカウンターにありました。30分までですよね?と声をかけるともう受付終了なので無理ですと、、、。喋っていると30分を過ぎてしまい。その日は診察してもらえず、、、。もうこの病院には絶対行きません。せっかく先生も看護師さんも良いのに、病院の顔の受付があんな態度でやってるなんて、勿体なすぎます。流れ作業でいろんな人が来てイライラしちゃうのも人間なので分かりますが、、、子供も折角気に入った病院だったのに、なんだかショックな気分です。これからは違う病院に通います。
