★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1回目にアプリから予約を入れた際、やむを得ない事情で前日にキャンセルし、2回目に改めて予約を入れたところ「住所はご存知ですね。」と予約了承と取れるメッセージが届きましたが、直後に「こちらでキャンセルします。今後、当サロンでは予約をお受け出来ません。」ときました。
前回事情があり予約キャンセルしたことを謝罪し、予約アプリでは当日迄ならキャンセル料はかからないとの旨だったので前日にキャンセルしたが、アプリからのキャンセルに加えてメッセージで謝罪するべきだったかと尋ねると「そうですね。」の一言のみ。
プライベートサロンだとこんな接客レベルの低さ、一方的なキャンセルもあり得るのだと知りました。残念です。
