事前に約束をしていた訪問の日にドタキャンされました。
約束の時間から１時間を過ぎても何の連絡も無いので、こちらから工務店に電話をかけたら「忙しいから行けない。」との事。
それなら連絡をするのが常識でしょうに。
電話の対応も非常に悪いです。
今後、こちらの工務店に依頼をする事はないでしょうし、この様な非常識な対応をされると知人、友人にはお勧めできません！

I was slaughtered on the day of the visit I had promised in advance.
I haven't heard from you anymore than an hour after the promised time, so when I call the contractor from here, he says, "I'm too busy to go."
Then it would be common sense to contact them.
The correspondence of the telephone is also very bad.
In the future, I will not request this work shop, and it is not recommended for acquaintances and friends if such insane measures are taken!
