★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の対応が、物凄く悪いです。患者さんを何だと思ってるのでしょうか？感じ悪い方は病院の顔である事務にふさわしくないのではないのではないか。
 The response of the women at the reception is very bad. What do you think of the patient? Isn't the uncomfortable person not worthy of the office work which is the face of the hospital?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性、確かに感じ悪いです。新患で初めてだったのですが、名前を見て「読めないんですけど」とバカにしたような半笑いの表情で言われました。受付は、二人女性がいますが、一人の受付が感じ悪かったです。
The lady at the reception is certainly uncomfortable. It was the first time for me to have a new illness, but when I saw the name, I was told with a half-laughing expression, "I can't read it." There are two women at the reception, but one reception was unpleasant.
