★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田原半島出身のtannyは、9月中旬に大学の時の友人達とバーベキューした思い出と共にテントを張れる場所を求め歩いていた。そんな時に出会ったのがこの曽根沼公園。場所は十分な広さがあります。他にはファミリー、ソロキャン、大人数でバーベキューしている、とてもカッコイイ公園です。
 Born in the Tahara Peninsula, tanny walked around mid-September to find a place where he could set up a tent with his memories of having a barbecue with his friends from college. This is where I met Sonenuma Park. The place is large enough. Other than that, it is a very cool park where you can have a barbecue with a family, a solo can, and a large number of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物静かで、あまり人がいないキャンプスポットだと思っています。琵琶湖周辺は風が強い時があるのでここの方が落ち着きます。
I think it's a quiet camp spot with few people. There are times when the wind is strong around Lake Biwa, so it is more calm here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水辺との境に柵が無い所あり。林間部は見通し悪い公園なので、子供は目を離すと危険。近くの琵琶湖湖岸公園の方が良い。季節により草丈が高かったり、南側の方は、木もかなり茂っており薄暗い。クモの巣も多い。舗装を突き破って根がでており散歩道も危険な箇所あって、要注意。
There is a place where there is no fence on the border with the waterside. The forest area is a park with poor visibility, so it is dangerous for children to take their eyes off. The nearby Lake Biwa Lakeside Park is better. Depending on the season, the plant height is high, and the trees on the south side are quite thick and dim. There are also many spider webs. Be careful as the roots are pierced through the pavement and the walking path is dangerous.

As part of the Lake Biwa Comprehensive Development Project that started in 1972, we created the Sone Marsh Lakeshore Green Area in order to preserve this good natural environment and provide a place for recreation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滋賀でバーベキューができる数少ない湖岸緑地公園。あくまでも公園!キャンプ場ではない。直火禁止!ゴミは持ち帰る!来た時よりも美しく!最低限のマナー・モラルを守れない人は利用すべきではない!
One of the few lakeside green parks where you can have a barbecue in Shiga. It's just a park! It's not a campsite. No open fire! Bring your trash home! More beautiful than when you came! People who can't keep the minimum etiquette and morals shouldn't use it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet and clean park. Well-paved trails which is good for a walk. To walk around the whole park in a slow pace it takes about 45 minutes.
Very nice view especially in the evening to see the reflection of sunset on the pond.
Toilets are available and car park is big.
