一品々に素材の良さが味わえ、特にのど黒の焼き魚が最高で、美味しく堪能しました。ちなみに8000円のコースでした。帰りに、おせちの予約を入れました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お誕生日に大好きな蟹満喫のお料理を頂きました。個室を用意して頂いたのですが、カウンターが好きなので変更をお願いしましたが、快く対応してくれました。
目の前の生け簀で泳ぐ蟹さん。津居山港で水揚げされたものでとても立派です。
蟹を心行くまで堪能できました。
その他にもトリュフを目の前でかけてくれたすき焼きもとっても美味しかったです。
何か特別な日にまたお伺いしたいです。

お部屋は個室でしたが、入り口やトイレが別で他のお客さんとバッティングしないのも良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域を代表する創作日本料理店の一つといって過言ではない。再訪2度目となる今回は"春の極みコース"を事前予約で訪れた。料理は7種程で、春の食材を最大限活かしながら、新鮮な魚類"のどぐろ、金目鯛、河豚、雲丹"等と、鮑と松坂牛のステーキが提供されたが、眺めて美しく、食して究極の味わいを堪能することができた。丸で一口一口を玩味するように、日常では味わうことができない料理の数々で、職人芸を垣間見ることができ、また日常生活への活力を与えられたようだ。金額的に頻繁というわけにはいかないが、異なる季節にまた再訪したいと思う。
