It is a cheap category around Ashiyagawa station.
I used it for hiking on Mt. Rokko.
Go north along the Ashiya River, and immediately after passing Ashiyagawa Station, turn left, and you will see the westbound one-way street on the north side on the right. The number of parking lots is for 4 cars including a light car (4th frame).
