★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付のアルコール消毒液がなくなっていましたが、すぐ補充してくれて感染対策してました。飲み物を運んでくれた女性スタッフの笑顔が男性に比べて少なく感じました。担当していただいた方がいいので買い換えを決めました。今後もよろしくお願いいたします。

なかなか新車が買えない時期もあったけど、いつもどんな時も親切ていねいな対応をしてくれます。だからこそ、いつか買えるときは新車を！と、念願叶って恩返しがやっとできた。お世話には相変わらずなりっぱなしだけど、安心して任せられると言うのは本当に助かります。
大事に乗るからまだ買えないけど、次もまたここであの人から買いたい。

担当の方の口調もこちらが女性だからでしょうがタメ口で説明する非常識さ。
社員教育を徹底するべきでしょう。
次回車検は別店舗にします。
二度と行きません。

自社商品なのに車両のグレードについての細かな知識もないし売るあんのかね。。飲み物すら出ないし時間無駄にしたわマジで
