ふ	ふさやなかすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前、オファーを受けて転職の面接で訪れた事があります。希望勤務地(東京)&職種が違うので、人違いのオファーではないか？と聞いたら、採用担当者からは是非来てくださいとのことで移動に4時間近くかけて行ってみたら、面接官2人(多分部門長と人事)は名乗りもせず、なんで面接に来たの？お前のスキルは役に立たないよ、的な内容で終始ムカつく面接でした。年収は下がるが、地方→名古屋に出られるという思いだけで、真剣に準備した自分が馬鹿だった。受かってもお前らのような人間と一緒に働きたくない。恨みはない、そのダメ面接官らも良い経験となり、その後満足のいく会社と上司に出会えたことで逆に感謝したい。追記ここを検討中の求職者に: 自分のミスを素直に認めない上に、人のせいにする傾向がある社風と見受けられるため、それをうまく切り返せない性格の方には向きません。 A few years ago, I received an offer and visited at a job interview.
