★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前の営業マンは家に来たり、点検や車検の前には声かけしてくれたのに、退職後は担当の営業マンの紹介もない。お店に行っても営業マンは声もかけて来ません。
でも、この前点検に言ったらサービスの方の対応がすごく良かったです。

お出になられたスタッフ対応も良い。
当日時間の確認をしたところ別のスタッフにも申し送りがされていました
きっちり時間通りにして頂きました
営業所も広く心地よい
飲料サービス(セルフ)あり。
お手洗いも清潔です
お子さまの遊び場もありました
整備士さんも丁寧な説明で理解しやすかったです
待っている間も退屈しないように工夫されています。
