以前、派遣で、たった一日だけ働きました。古い従来型施設です。それはさておき、派遣会社の社員と、私と、施設長と、あと一人の四人での「顔合わせ」、、、因みに派遣契約では「面接」では有りません。話し合いでの決めごとなのに、週5日シフト制で決定が→何故か、勤務初日に週3日になってて「ビックリ！？」。契約違反だろ、それ！！！更に、初日は、指定時間に行ったのに担当者は来ておらず、言われるまま事務所で待機。事務所職員が来ても知らんぷり。しかも職員同士の会話を聞いていると「ズベ公上がりの元ヤン嬢の皆さん」らしく、ビックリ！40分位そのまま待たされました。その後現場担当者も他の職員も、対応が適当でいい加減！あまりにもふざけた施設なので、勤務は初日のみで、オサラバ! 長○川キャリアサポートと言う派遣会社での、たった一度きりの勤務でした。勿論、契約違反なので、当然辞めました。後日、私物を取りに行った際も、「私物を取りに来ました。」以外は私も施設側も一切の会話無しで帰って来ました。詳しくは、ブログにて。

After that, both the person in charge at the site and other staff members responded appropriately and sloppy! It's such a playful facility that I only worked on the first day, Osaraba! It was a one-time job at a temporary staffing company called Nagaogawa Career Support. Of course, I quit because it was a contract violation.
