★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 共用部全体が小汚いです。 エレベーターも遅く待ち時間が長くその点がとてもストレスでした。
また採用している建材がグレードが低いのか冬寒く、夏暑いです。
遮熱フィルムを張りましたがフレーム自体から熱が来ているようです。
そろそろ更新しないといろいろと不味いんじゃないかなと思うマンションでした。
The whole common area is a little dirty. The elevator was slow and the waiting time was long, which was very stressful.
Also, the building materials used are of low grade or cold in winter and hot in summer.
I put a heat shield film, but it seems that heat is coming from the frame itself.
