★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特例子会社の駒形で、障がいを持っている子の実習の対応に疑問を感じました。知り合いのお子さんが最近行ったそうなのですが、女性のインストラクターの指導がものすごく怖かったようなのです。初日からトップダウンな物言いをされ恐怖のあまり初日はトイレに一度も行けなかったそうなのです。そして二日目の終わりに「明日から仕事教えないからね」と言われたらしいのです。初めての場所で初めての人、初めての仕事に緊張の面もちで頑張っている中、少しでも失敗したら人前で怒鳴られたとも聞きました。こんなことが許されるのか？と、とても胸が痛くなりました。
子どもや大人が楽しめる玩具などを作る夢のある場所のはずなのに。蓋を開けると真っ暗なのですね。とても残念に思いました。大好きなプラモデルとかは違うメーカーのものを選ぼうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 障害に持つ息子を、このコロナ中で研修で受け入れてもらいました。本社の総務人事については好感は持てたが、仕事を教える指導員（インストラクター）のレベルが低く、息子がまったく馴染めませんでした。指導員は特例子会社なので、障碍者の知識を持った人かと思ってましたが、息子言わくかなり個人差があり、仕事の指示は命令口調がずっと続いたそうです。息子は指導員に気に入ってもらえなかったようで、研修日誌でも低評価。社会人としての自信を持たせたかったのに、逆効果でした。
おそらくですが、総務人事と障碍者に仕事を教える指導員。総務人事の方との姿勢の違いがあるのでは・・・と思いました。とても閉鎖的な環境なので、研修はいいですが、自分の主張を表に出すのが苦手な障害の子を預けるのはどうかと思います。
会社としては大きいですが、いろいろと考えさせられる研修でした。

Probably, an instructor who teaches general affairs personnel and work to people with disabilities. I thought that there might be a difference in attitude from the general affairs personnel. The environment is very closed, so training is good, but I think it's a good idea to leave a child with a disability who is not good at expressing his / her claim.
It was a big training for a company, but it was a training that made me think about various things.
